Highland Lakes, New Jersey

This unique remodel in Highland Lakes, New Jersey, required a new home layout.  What was once the kitchen became the dining room, and vice versa.  The kitchen cabinets were hand-crafted at our Wantage, New Jersey, woodworking shop.  These custom-designed upper cabinets feature a depth of 14 inches, as opposed to the traditional depth of 12 inches, allowing the homeowner to store larger dishware.  The finished kitchen features paint-grade white upper cabinets and rift white oak base and fridge area cabinets.  Each cabinet was fitted with a soft close feature door, drawer, or roll-out drawer.

Hickory flooring was installed on both the floor and ceiling, further customizing this one-of-a-kind space. The kitchen was finished with a subway tile backsplash, oil-rubbed bronze hardware, and stainless steel appliances.
